DJ Wick-It combines two of my favorite things - The Black Keys and mash-ups - to forge a perfect union. Two of the best albums of 2010 work together seamlessly, with Big Boi's vocals from "Sir Lucious Left Foot... The Son of Chico Dusty" added over chopped and bass-amplified versions of instrumentals from The Black Keys "Brothers". Wick-it the Instigator has done work on a few mixtapes released through his page on Bandcamp, Mashville, but this album serves as the point when he broke out into the big leagues and wide recognition. It's a free download, so there's no reason you shouldn't own it right meow! (Click picture for link).
